Job Description:

• Handle daily inquiries for quotation, samples and orders, etc. by emails from customers

• Communicate with factories support team to manage all customers’ requests

• Serve a list of established customers with no cold call requirements

• Develop a close relationship with customers

• Trip to Mainland factory in Guangdong Province if necessary

• Working location: Kwai Chung, Hong Kong

Requirements:

• DSE or above

• Familiar with MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word processing

• Able to communicate with foreign customers

• Good command of Chinese and written and oral English and Cantonese

• Outgoing and good communication skills
